Microsoft SharePoint Developer/.NET Developer

Position Summary: Logapps LLC is currently seeking an experienced Microsoft SharePoint Developer to help design and implement solutions based on existing enterprise-wide government applications of SharePoint. Platforms include both SharePoint Online (part of and Office 365) as well as on premise implementations. Candidate should be able to help design, develop, and deploy web parts and applications using the existing SharePoint platforms as well as provide subject matter expertise to development teams, administrators, end-users, and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designing, building, and testing high quality solutions built on the SharePoint Server platform
  • Develop and customize components of a SharePoint solution
  • Be responsible for generating SDLC artifacts including detailed design documents and deployment scripts
  • Work with end users to address requirements, usability, accessibility, security, and change requests to ensure website functionality

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Candidate must be a US citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field
  • Three or more years of proven work experience
  • Familiarity with the federal acquisition process
  • Experience and knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets, and Active Server Pages
  • Proficient in Visual Studio, Java, and .NET
  • Experience with third party Workflow, Content Management, and Business Intelligence tools
  • Familiarity with various programming languages such as: C#, F#, and Classic ASP, as well as such applications as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:

  • SharePoint and .NET Certifications
  • Master’s degree in technology, computer engineering, computer science or a related field
  • Experience working with federal government in information technology
  • Knowledge in software development lifecycle methodologies
  • Experience in a consulting
  • Experience in requirements analysis and business process re-engineering
