Office Administrator

Location: Falls Church, VA

Classification: Full-time

Position Summary: Logapps is currently seeking an Office Administrator to provide administrative support for timekeeping, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, payroll, recruiting, and new employee onboarding. The Office Administrator reports directly to the Logapps Managing Partners. Effective verbal and written communication are integral to the position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary responsibilities will be to assist the Managing Partners with recruiting, subcontracting, AR/AP, social media, and administrative support.

  • Schedule company meetings
  • Take minutes for all corporate meetings, including management and client meetings
  • Run company payroll
  • Ensure timesheets are competed; run monthly timekeeping reports
  • Prepare client invoices through accounting system
  • Respond to company health insurance questions and interface with third-party insurance provider
  • Collect, scan, and file all purchasing receipts in accordance with corporate procedures
  • File expense reports for company executives
  • Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable, invoices, personnel files, and company reports
  • Manage corporate credit card account
  • Manage social networking accounts, to include website, Linked In, and Twitter
  • Prepare the annual update of ISO-9001 certification under the direction of Managing Partners
  • Maintain the company’s equipment log
  • Coordinate the company’s New Hire Orientation, including introduction of new employee to current employees, provision of employee equipment and workspace, and assistance with completion of required employee HR paperwork
  • Assist with recruiting and work with corporate recruiter; schedule interviews and find qualified candidates for initial screening
  • Schedule initial screening and follow-on interviews as needed

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Candidate must be a US citizen
  • A minimum of an associate’s degree is required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience providing administrative support for management consulting or related fields (Law, Accounting)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, lookups, and filters
